The level of "personalized and interested" customer care was quite extraordinary....and this viewpoint is coming from someone who is hard-to-please and puts the highest priority on customer care. I could go on-and-on about the specifics...but, let's just leave it at: IT WAS A SURPRISING, VERY RARE, REFRESHING AND OVERALL "WOW"-TYPE EXPERIENCE. Sounds weird for an internet purchase, and particularly a small purchase from a presumably large distributor of door hardware. I rarely do these "reviews" but I'd be comfortably stating that I don't think you would be dissappointed in how you are treated by this seller.
