Kwikset Pembroke Lever Entry
Excellent entry lock. This was a replacement for a 28-year-old entry lock that was installed when the house was built. It took about 30 minutes to install including reprograming the lock to use my existing house key. I ended up using the original face plate screws as the threads were slightly different on the new face plate screws. The kit includes much longer screws for the striker plate which I installed, increasing its resistance to forced entry. The SmartKey feature is a game changer for the homeowner that enables changing the lock to use a different key.
