Sales Tax Information:
We are located in Tomball, TX, therefore, all Texas shipments will be assessed a 8.25% sales tax per state guidelines. For all other states we will not collect sales tax.
DoorLocksDirect.com strives to ensure that our customers receive their product in the most convenient and inexpensive manner possible. With that in mind, there are several UPS options available to you ranging from the most convenient, UPS 2nd Day to the more economical, UPS Ground service. We ship via UPS, Real-time Rates (rates calculated automatically based on weight and address being shipped to) on all shipments unless otherwise noted. Most orders placed before 5:00 CST are shipped out the next business day. There will be a few exceptions due to product availability, keying requirements, or sheer volume of orders being processed by DoorLocksDirect.com. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week. If you have an urgent request, please contact us directly at the numbers listed above and we will make every attempt to accomodate your needs.
Once you begin the check-out process, your shipping cost will automatically be calculated for you. To calculate the shipping cost of your order, be sure to input your zip code where your product will be delivered. You must also include which shipping option
(UPS 2nd Day and UPS Ground service) you would like to use.
Our goal is to expedite shipment to you as soon as we receive your order. Occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple resources. If this does occur, you will not incur any additional freight charges. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have available and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date for any items that are backordered. You will not be charged any additional freight charges for backordered items.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
At DoorLocksDirect.com, our commitment to you is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our products and services. We promise to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition to your door. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will make every attempt to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Policy: The following items may be returned for a refund:
• Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging
• Merchandise that has not been installed
• Defective merchandise (Can be exchange for the same product.)
• Merchandise that has been mispacked or shipped incorrectly
• All returned orders must be over a $15.00 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
*Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
*Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of receiving your product(s)
*A 15% restocking/exchange fee will be charged on all returned/exchanged merchandise, unless defective.
• We will process returns and refunds only for items purchased from DoorLocksDirect.com. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be intact, in its original packaging and free from scratches and defects. Pricing or Typographical Errors:
DoorLocksDirect.com strives to provide you with the most accurate pricing and product information. In the event that a pricing or typographical error may occur, DoorLocksDirect.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We will contact you for further instructions in order to effectively make needed changes.
DoorLocksDirect.com reserves the right to limit quantities on all products we sell. Our intention is to sell house pack quantities and therefore that is the way we stock product. If you have a special request please contact us and we will try to find a way to meet your needs.
We have made all efforts to provide you with sample finishes and colors to help you choose your product. As “actual colors” will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the product.
