Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchanges & Returns:
Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of receiving your products.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned / exchanged merchandise, unless defective.
Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with returned items and any information noted on invoice about reason for return or what to exchange products for. Please send products back in original product packaging and place in a box. Products can not be returned if installed.

Shipping:
We only ship to locations in the continental United States.
When you place an order, we will ship your order promptly and in most cases within 24 hours based on business days.
We do not ship on the weekends.
Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground. Expedited shipping options are available through the checkout process. Once you enter your products in the cart you will be able to proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information you will be able to choose the UPS shipping method of your choice.
Orders that ship UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air are based on business days (Monday thru Friday) and DO NOT deliver on the weekends.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and cost is determined by your shipping address.
